Hurricane Michael Upgraded to Category 5

It comes as no suprise to residents of the Florida Panhandle that Hurricane Michael has been upgraded to a Category 5. The National Hurricane Center put Michael’s intensity at landfall at 160 mph. That is 5 mph higher than the previous real-time operational estimate at landfall on Oct. 10, 2018. After six months, much of the area remains in ruins. Skyeco Construction has been helping many families with their restoration projects, from roofs and windows to full rebuilds. We are hoping that with the new designation, homeowners will see assistance more readily available to help them with repairs.
